Maintenance & Care (Elmstead)
All Elmstead products are pressure-treated using Tanalith to provide long-lasting protection against rotting, decay and fungus however, we recommend an annual application of a high-quality wood preserver to prolong the life of your building.
We would also recommend guttering be fitted alongside your garden building to mitigate rainfall penetration.
All Elmstead buildings include pressure treated floor bearers, designed to elevate the structure and minimise contact between the building floor and rainfall.
